Treat yourself to a transformative afternoon of hot yoga, outdoor cold plunge therapy under the trees, and holistic self-care.
GUIDED YOGA with Jenny- 50 min yoga class to warm up & feel grounded + centered in your body
GUIDED ICE BATH with Salena - we have two tubs set up, everyone gets a chance. Each person usually makes it to 2-5 minutes max in the ice bath.
When you’re not doing the ice bath, activities include:
-Table Massage if you desire to add-on, Cost TBD
-Kombucha & Snack Station
-Journaling Session to integrate post-ice plunge or set an intention
Tickets are $44 and cover the entire experience, including use of a yoga mat, yoga class, guided ice bath session, kombucha & cool lavender eye pillow to help relax post-yoga.
Bring: Towel, Journal, clothing for ice bath such as bathing suit, clothing for yoga class
