OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASE
Deposits/payments made are non-refundable, no exceptions.
If a participant must cancel due to emergency for up to 60 days prior to the arrival then they will receive half/partial credit to use toward future retreats for their deposit/full payments made. The participant may use their half credit toward a future retreat of ours taking place within 1 year of the date of the original cancellation.
If a participant cancels within 60 days of the retreat, s/he will be responsible and liable for the deposit, full payment, or partial payments made toward the booking without any credit or repayment. There are no exceptions. All payments are forfeited, however they may transfer their ticket to a friend.
*Since this is reserving a Double Occupancy room, no refunds of partial or full amount given, regardless if one person who has committed to stay in the room with you cancels. You may offer the spot to a different friend instead should your original roommate/friend cancel.
