GUIDED YOGA with Jenny- 50 min yoga outdoor class in the shade to warm up & feel grounded + centered in your body
GUIDED ICE BATH with Salena - everyone gets a chance. Each person usually makes it to 2-3 minutes in the ice bath.
When you’re not doing the ice bath, enjoy Kombucha & Snack Station!
Tickets are $44 and cover the entire experience, including use of a yoga mat, yoga class, guided ice bath session, kombucha & cool lavender eye pillow to help relax post-yoga.
Bring: Towel, Journal, clothing for ice bath such as bathing suit, clothing for yoga class
