ZenHike Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of ZenHike services, events, retreats, classes, website, and SMS messaging program.

ZenHike SMS Messaging Program

By voluntarily opting in to receive text messages from ZenHike, you agree to receive SMS messages from ZenHike at the mobile number you provide.

ZenHike text messages may include event confirmations, registration information, reminders, schedule updates, weather-related notifications, customer service communications, and promotional messages when you have separately provided consent to receive them.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with ZenHike and the events or services for which you have registered.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out of Text Messages

You can cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to a ZenHike text message.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you subsequently opt in again.

To rejoin, you may sign up again through the applicable ZenHike registration or opt-in process.

Event Registrations and Payments

Event and retreat registrations are subject to the terms, pricing, cancellation policies, and other conditions communicated at the time of registration.

Unless a specific event states otherwise, tickets and registrations may be subject to ZenHike's stated cancellation and transfer policies.

Event Changes and Weather

ZenHike events may be modified, postponed, or canceled when circumstances such as severe weather, unsafe conditions, venue changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control require it.

When possible, ZenHike will communicate significant changes to registered participants using the contact information provided during registration.

Website Use

You agree to use the ZenHike website and services for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

Content on the ZenHike website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other materials, may not be reproduced or used without permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Privacy

Your use of ZenHike services and participation in the SMS messaging program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
