Itinerary
JAN 2 - ARRIVAL
Arrive at SJO Airport. Arrange a hotel shuttle to the Adventure Inn, our home for the night before heading to the retreat center in the morning.
*flight info below in the FAQ, all must arrive by the evening of Jan 2 to be transported to The Goddess Garden retreat center on the morning of Jan 3, located 4 hours south from the hotel.
6:30pm Group meetup at Adventure Inn, Pre-retreat party & gathering (dinner out at a restaurant, you are responsible for your meal)

What airport do I fly into and at what date/ time?
Fly into SJO Juan Santamaría International Airport on Jan 2nd
ARRIVAL: Fly into SJO Juan Santamaría International Airport on Jan 2nd and meet at Adventure Inn Hotel that night for pre-party.
The following morning on January 3rd, our bus/shuttle will pick us all up from Adventure Inn and take us to the Goddess Garden resort in Cahuita (4 hours south).
DEPARTURE: On Jan 10, the shuttle/bus takes us back to SJO airport. We’re departing back to the USA by plane Sunday Jan 10.

You can make your own reservation. Just mention that you are attending a retreat at The Goddess Garden and you get a discount.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Deposits/payments made are non-refundable.
If a participant must cancel due to emergency for up to 60 days prior to the arrival then they will receive credit to use toward future retreats for their deposit/full or partial payments made. The participant may use their credit toward a future retreat of ours taking place within 1 year of the date of the original cancellation.
If a participant cancels within 60 days of the retreat, s/he will be responsible and liable for the deposit, full payment, or partial payments made toward the booking without any credit to future retreats or repayment - however they may transfer their ticket to a friend but ONLY FOR THIS RETREAT.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, a Passport is required for international travel to Costa Rica. Please get or renew your passport as soon as possible/right away to ensure you get an appointment and have plenty of time to receive it back.
